Took my sick 21 week old kitten to get checked because he had been rapidly breathing for some time. The vet said there’s nothing that seems abnormal other than that he is breathing fast and just to watch him. I sent a video and pictures to my family vet in another city and he said that there was definitely a problem and gave me two possible diagnosis. I was charged 60 for no solution and I was very disappointed to find out that I still needed to take my cat to get checked by another vet. Not coming here again.

Getting our adopted dog neutered today. They had tried to postpone our appointment because they apparently don’t make any money off of these neuters for adopted animals from the city animal services. Why are you on the list if you’re gonna make us feel unimportant? We saved a dog’s life. We’re awesome.

I’ve been going here for years. I usually go to other places because of the price, but instead of 350 for shots and a look see mandatory, this time it was 120. Also they had new employees and instead of a whole office full of do nothing snobs, only a couple of hard working kind mature women. Finally, this time, instead of a month wait and surprises on the bill she squeezed me in same day and the price remained what we initially agreed upon. Please go here in support of really great people (if you dislike fake people like me and my dog do). You and your pets will get compassionate care here.

We love Dr. Carrothers and Dr. Jones and everyone at Animal Hospital Of Lubbock. They ALWAYS take the best care of our babies(Gavin, Gigi, Eddie, Jake, Mikey), our yorkies. When your animals are your “children” it is the worst feeling ever, when they are in pain, sick, or even worse than that... which I can’t even imagine. They have always gone above and beyond to take care of our babies. I literally don’t know what I would do without them. They are the very best! Thank you everyone at Animal Hospital Of Lubbock! We love y’all and can’t imagine what we would do without y’all!

Animal hospital took car of my parents dog Maddie her entire life and took great care of her. My new puppy Bentley is now under their care and we already love them. Everyone is so sweet including the vet. Even though things are done differently during COVID we still feel like we got 100% quality attention.
