I really wanted to see the good at the facility but I have had such a bad experience . I have been recommended this place by a family member and was willing to pay the price since they thought so highly of this vet. I brought my brand new puppy there for a scheduled visit to which they had said they didn't have me down which was fine but I have to travel 15 to 20 minutes for a visit and I had to wait an hour.It was upsetting but I know mistakes happen so I waited. When they came with my puppy they said my puppy is aggressive and needs to learn to be restrained. They insinuated that I was a bad owner. My new vet mentioned that They even gave him meds not appropriate for his age that they were also scheduling me too often... very questionable and it was adding up. My new vet says he's very well behaved and I pay half the price for better service

Dr Day was great with our little puppy. I could tell she was very gentle and caring with our pup. She thoroughly checked her whole body for dog bite wounds, cleaned the wound, provided medicines, and explained everything in detail to us personally. She even came out to my car (due to pandemic procedures) to meet and explain things to me. I am very grateful they were able to see us on short notice and in an emergency situation.
