Prices are fine doctors seems fine! We heard lots of bad stories ! Hope not all are true! I think some of the stories comes from unsatisfied customers and competition !

Worst vet ever, my cat was very sick and the Indian who was holding my cat was talking on the phone while i was asking the doctor about my cat and I couldn’t hear him because of that, i told the doctor that I can’t hear you because that guy was talking very loudly and he did nothing just waiting for him to finish his call, and my cat still sick they don’t know what is wrong with her the only gave her a lot of needles and paraffin oil and I don’t know what is that?! I bought it from human pharmacy!!!!!!!!
Honestly a good vet took me by surprise on how they were....considering the bad ratings the prices they have are reasonable prices and the vets show exceptional experience..
Worst service ever. I took my cat here for shave. He was suffering from mild ringworm but now has it all over. Even after ten months his hair on the back and stomach has not come back. They were so ruthless with my cat I could hear him scream even outside in the waiting area. Upon checking I noticed a lot of blood smeared on the table and they were really rough even in holding him. They gave him anesthesia twice and yet he would get up because of the pain. They actually didn’t care when I asked them to be nice. Ten months later He’s still undergoing treatment else where. I wish if I had taken the other reviews seriously and not taken him there.
It was a bad experience. My cat was vomiting a lot so I took her there and the veterinarian gave her many needles the next day she died. I won’t go there anymore.
Terrible experience, doctors barely tell you anything, they treat animals badly, lack of equipemnt, lack of knowledgable/professional staff. If there is anything lower than 1 star id rate it like that

Please do not ever go here. They will rip you off and do not care about your fur baby at all. We took our sweet kitty on the suspicion of ear mites. The doctor barely did half a cleaning and told us it's nothing. We were charged 30kd which was fine since we thought it would be the end of our kitty's suffering. Flash forward one week later and his ear is even worse, after getting a second opinion of course its ear mites.
