I’ve been bringing my dog here or about 8 years. Dr. Heather is the best! My problem is how long it takes to check in and out. The waiting room is so small that if there are more than two people it is impossible to social distance. That’s why it’s even more upsetting at how long it takes to get waited on. The problem is that they only have one person up front. The last time I tried to pay the receptionist stopped 3 different times to answer the phone. She got up twice and went to the back to ask a question for someone on the phone. She walked as slow as humanly possible despite a backed up waiting room. After 30 minutes I finally paid my Bill and then it was another 10 minutes waiting on someone to bring my dog to me. It should not take 40 minutes to pick up your pet. This was not a one time thing. It’s always like this. It’s very aggravating and I really dread coming here especially during the pandemic. I don’t want to switch vets because my dog is use to Dr. Heather but they really need to up their game in the reception area and get us in and out of there as quick as possible. I feel like a sitting duck for the COVID virus in there.

We were so lucky to find Dr O’Brien. We are from Florida and we were traveling through the area when our fur baby got sick. Our fur baby, Mattie was running a fever and could not walk and your office was so kind that they worked us in that day. We spent 2 hours in the office with Dr O’Brien treating Mattie and running test. We left the office with the medicine we needed and knowing we could call Dr O’Brien if needed. Dr was very patient with us explaining how to care for Mattie. Mattie was walking the next day and is back to running and playing. Thank you so much!
