Where do I start. First of all my initial visit was great and I thought I found the place to take my dog. We got 2 sets of shots into her vaccinations and come time to make an appointment for the third set, I call and the informed me I missed bringing her by a few days. After the first visit, they made an appointment with me for the second visit. They did not make an appointment for the third set after the last appointment so now I missed the window. I told them about this and they offered no resolve other than me starting over. So I made an appointment for another appointment (not happily). I waited two weeks and then on the way there I got stuck on the highway for A car accident. I called them to let them know I might be 15 minutes late and they told me I’d have to reschedule. Really? Mind you I drive 30 miles to come to them. I had a tooth pulled 4 hours earlier and still tried to make my appointment . I will find a vet clinic that understands that sometime they may have to accommodate a customer. I don’t think 15 minutes was too long since I was having to redo her shots due to their negligence. I won’t be going back

Very pleasant visit. Took my cat to get nails trimed.Nice greeting at door very sweet staff. Didn't have to wait long Place is very organized and clean.

They are so amazing!! They call and check in after the visit and there just awesome!! The staff is so sweet the veterans are so sweet and amazing!! I’m very thankful I found them !! My dogs did so good with there staff I’m just super happy with them !!
