I found all the staff very helpful despite my poor French skills. They spent hours helping me to make sure my new dog and family are a perfect match. The three step process to adopt is clearly designed to protect the pets, so if this is too much trouble for you, then you'd be better off with a goldfish. If you can't find the time to visit during the SPA open hours, you're not likely to have time to be with your new pet. If you want to adopt the best dog in the universe you're too late, we have adopted him. Thanks SPA.

Ne donne que des chatons malade, voir déjà en fin de vie alors qu'ils sont tout petit ! Je ne comprend pas pourquoi vous donnez des chatons non sevrée et pourquoi vous les séparer de leur frères et soeurs et surtout de leur mère. Bref tout ces chatons me font mal au coeurs

Très bon accueil. Je n'y suis pas aller par plaisir. J'ai emmené un petit chat qui avait été abandonné. J'ai déjà 2 chats. Sinon je l'aurais pris. Une équipe très sympa, vraiment à l'écoute. Merci

Cause louable, le principe de l'association est merveilleux. Mais cette SPA précisément, malgré de nouveaux locaux n'a pas su remédier à l'agressivité latente des bénévoles et du personnel, à leur antipathie pathologique envers TOUT visiteur. Dommage pour ces pauvres animaux ! :(
