Professional, friendly, courteous, and on-time. I couldn't praise more highly the overall experience with Animal Wildlife Trappers. Alec explained in very understandable language what needed to be done to resolve my concern, and the steps it would take to complete it. Alec did most of the work, and I am extremely pleased with his ability to build rapport with me as a customer, and confidence in his work. Tyler inspected the traps along the way, and was likewise very professional and courteous. Also, working with the office in coordinating the visits was very pleasant. Finally, the online payment options were a breeze to complete. Although I hope to never have this problem again, I would certainly plan on using Animal Wildlife Trappers in the future.

Repeat customer here! I don’t know why raccoons like our pool and pool deck, but they do. They look cute, but they leave gifts of poop for us, ugh. AWT has been fantastic every time we have needed them: in 2017 and now again this year. The techs are courteous, punctual, and humane; and everyone in the company cares about the things the customer cares about. We always know when they are coming, what to expect, and it’s been so easy to get in touch to let them know when a trap has an animal in it. I can’t say enough good things about them. You can be confident you’re dealing with the absolute best nuisance removal organization in Central Florida, in my opinion! I mentioned in an earlier Angie’s list review that before finding AWT, we had hired another trapper who used to wash his poop-covered and dirt-covered traps in our pool. Again, ew.

This company was professional from start to finish. We had a critter problem in our home contacted this business after seeing one of its trucks in traffic. I literally called while waiting for the light to change and scheduled my appointment. They sent a technician out by the name of Harrison Waller. He showed up on time with clean fresh appearance,introduced himself and his purpose for the visit,which was obvious but it was good just so that we both were on the same page. His HONESTY, WORK ethics and PEOPLE skills exceeded my expectations, so much that I have shared his contact info with my friends and neighbors already. Thank you Harrison for your excellent service!

Jose was great from start to finish! He followed up when he said he would, had an action plan for the areas that needed addressed and had great communication. He was very thorough and went above and beyond what I expected and I will definitely use them if I have any other wildlife issues in the future. I would 100% recommend Jose to anyone.
