These people are the kindest hearted people ever! They have taken care of our Cocker Spaniel Snickers rehab after his hip surgery and have shown him the same care I believe they would show their own pets. Everyone is always professional and goes the extra mile to get pictures/videos since Covid has put a damper on some of those things. Dayna has worked with Snickers a lot and is always so kind and happy. Thankyou, thank-you to all the staff for your help!!!

This is a terrific vet practice. We have several cats and the team is great with all of them. When one of our barn cats got Bobcat fever, they handled the situation with respect and grace. Putting down an animal is a terrible experience and knowing the staff understands makes it a bit easier. They call you and write you to make sure you are okay. For healthy animals, they handle any personality with ease. They spend time with you, explain everything clearly and never rush you. Their staff is also very responsive when you call. I'd recommend them to anyone.

From my first call in right away I felt my needs being met and the care for my Hazel Sage. I was immediately reassured that they were there to help us as a new pet family that they were there to help us every step of the way to care for our sweet girl. From a horrific experience at another center to a calming Animalia we felt at home. We love absolutely everything about Dr. Batey and feel confident in our relationship with her as she cares for our girl while still educating us. Everyone we spoke to was helpful, happy and so encouraging. Being a new pet family there are many questions, concerns, and fears. Which requires patience and reassurance. I was told at another clinic I shouldn’t have been a pet mom since I was concerned about the well being of our sweet Hazel Sage. Animalia was nothing but apologetic for the other center and the negative experience we had there and said they were here for us every step of the way. From the first phone call, first check in, first clinical tech and DR.we were treated with kindness and support. Even under CARONA their safety to all is well supported. We never feared or worried about our girl. I am so thankful for the recommendation from my friend who told us about you. Thank you Animalia for supporting us in our Journey.
