Totally outstanding and professional, Andrew couldn’t do enough for me when we lost ginger nut. He help with sorting the cremation out, making sure he was at the vets ready to pick him up, taking him to layland and making sure we had him home the same night. Just want to say thank you for making it a bit easier at such a horrible time.
