Nice mark of respect. If you love animals, include a visit to the memorial when visiting Hyde Park. The memorial is well done and statues are of good quality.

Lovely memorial commemorating valiant efforts by animals. Unfortunately, my experience was slightly ruined by a very flustered woman who barged straight through the memorial and into Hyde park, stumbling along the way. She was wearing very expensive clothes so I have no idea what business she had in the park - perhaps she fancied a spontaneous dip in the Lido?
Fantastic Monument to all the Horses that never returned
Very peaceful, it is a lovely work of arts in memory of the Animals who fought side by side with our soldiers,
Gorgeous monument commemorating the sacrifice of animals, large and small, employed by British and Commonwealth forces during the Great War. The memorial is situated on a traffic island to the North-East of Hyde Park, not too far from Marble Arch and Speaker's Corner. Sadly ignored by the majority of people who walk past it, it is a stunning work of art that deserves to be appreciated by us all.
