The company has its registered office at 805, Aggarwal Millennium Tower-I, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi-110034 and the proposed manufacturing facility will be set up at Survey No. 536/1, Taluka :- Anjar, Dist. :- Kutch, Gujarat. The Project comprises of facilities for manufacturing of yarn with a total capacity of 16109 MTPA. Project consists of installation of 24 ring frames with 34,560 spindles along with TFO twisting machines. Project also includes blow room lines, blendmat, cards, breaker d/f, finisher d/f, comber, unilap, speed frames amongst others. Both Carded and Combed yarn would be produced under the project. The entire yarn manufactured by the company will be purchased by M/s Welspun India Ltd, a flagship textile company of Welspun Group. GRG will enter into a long term contract with Welspun India to sell the entire yarn produced by the company under the arm's length transaction at a prevalent market price. Yarn would be produced as per the specifications of WIL to meet the various quality standards. The Company would be selling yarn at market driven price to ensure better business opportunity. Presently Welspun India Ltd is having requirement of yarn of approx. 85,000 mtpa and it is meeting out 30% , 35% of its yarn requirement by captive production facilities and balance of approx. 65% ,70% of the requirement are met out by purchase from various domestic / overseas suppliers. Considering the current scenario and prospects of the textile market Welspun India Ltd has undertaken expansion projects for its various products including spinning facilities. Post these expansion projects the company will be requiring approx. 122,000 mtpa of yarn and still there will be gap of approx. 40% - 45 % in yarn requirement after meeting out from the captive facilities. In order to bridge this gap, Welspun India Ltd will procure the yarn from the company under the arm's length transaction at the prevalent market price.
