The Magnuskerk is very beautifully and centrally located in the village of Anloo in the Dutch province of Drenthe. It is a very ancient Romanic church - initially built around the year 1100! And before those days, there appear to have been wooden churches in this location. The tower of the church was built in the 12th century and was last significantly renovated in 1894 when it received stair steps on the front. The organ in the church was installed in 1718. A regular touristic event in the church is the reenactment of the Etstoel - an ancient court session.

Wel een leuke kerk om te zien, zeker bij schemer en als de kerk dan verlicht is. Deze kerk is van het Drentse Anloo.
Prachtige kerk
Prachtige kerk, huizen in een ring er omheen gebouwd, mooi plaatje.
Wij vonden het een prachtige kerk. En zo mooi gerestaureerd. Veel zichtbaar galaten.
Gisteren zijn mijn dochter en schoonzoon er getrouwd, wat een lieve mensen en zo gastvrij.
