Great prices on computer products. Customer service is lacking. I bought a computer here and have been mostly satisfied with it, except that I'm unable to change the screen brightness. I e-mailed the store regarding this issue and received no reply. Some weeks later I called the store. The person on the phone (owner?) took my number and said he'd call me back in 5 - 10 minutes. I never got a call back.

He was transparent and very fair with pricing, and even addressed an issue I didn't ask him to look at for free. The text and phone updates were professional and helpful.
