Long story short, my friends recommended this company. I called them and they had someone out the next day to look at my furnace and water heater. They ended up spending 6 hours at my place, called the city multiple times to deal with permits, and stayed after business hours to work. I was very pleased with their work!

AquaStar called ahead when they were on the way to the house. They arrived promptly and addressed the work that needed to be done. Explained all steps. They were neat in their work, and our showers are now very functional. Thanks for a great job!
Luis did an amazing job on my new heating and cooling system, including a new water heater! I was really impressed with the work. My basement has never looked so good. I can now feel confident in having a safe home! He was easy to communicate with and went the extra mile, as did Steven. What an excellent team! I will welcome them to my home for future service calls. They are dedicated professionals.
Always been completely satisfied with the service I’ve received from Joe and his company. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and do a great job. They installed a radiant heated floor in my basement 3 years ago and I haven’t used anyone but them since.
Service & Installation Expert Louis, did a great job as the alternate to Steven who was hospitalized prior to installation day. Louis worked until 9:00 PM Friday assuring the system worked properly. Steven was on the phone with us from his hospital bed assuring that the installation would be completed as promised. He also conferred with Louis throughout the install. Steven came Monday and reviewed the install with us and answered all of our questions. GOOD JOB GUYS!!! We were without AC for a week and were desperate for a quick and pleasant installation, however due to Steven's illness Louis was the sole installer with a "Helper". The job took one extra day to complete. AquaStar appears to be short handed under urgent situations and the owner less than compassionate under these circumstances. His responsiveness in returning phone calls to my wife in my absence was lacking. We've used AquaStar before and no "Customer Satisfaction" follow-up was ever done. Sorry Steven & Louis but I'll think twice before I call AquaStar if I need HVAC/Plumbing service again.
Overall decent quality of work, pretty poor communication throughout. Didn't keep appointment time (late by 1hr) and didn't communicate they would be late. Left solder splatter throughout the area after the work was complete. The work itself was completed in a timely manner and seems to be good quality, but the communication and professionalism are certainly lacking.
They reached out to me quickly to set up an appointment, which I appreciate as a busy mom. Steven called before his arrival, showed up at the beginning of the estimated window, and was wonderful. Very polite and knowledgeable! He fixed the problem in no time, explained the work done, and was efficient. Will definitely be reaching out to AquaStar next time my boiler is on the fritz.
I left a message after hours and they were very quick to call back and assess my situation to determine what could be done. When the technician arrived he was neatly dressed, courteous and certainly knew what he was doing. I will definitely call AquaStar again for my plumbing needs.
