I enjoyed everything I tasted. The crab cakes were amazing, we also tried the chicken skewers and the salmon......it was TO DIE FOR. I NEED MORE THAT 2 OF EVERYTHING! THANKS CAFE ZOLA FOR A GREAT VALENTINE’S DAY DINNER!

My antipasti was great. Everything else was barely warm, there were flies all over the place and one landed on my sausages, I was in a war with the flies my whole visit. My latte would have been better if it was hot and I was able to add sugar, but they didn't have any condiments at the table. When I asked my waitress for salt and pepper, it took for ever to get handed a few salt and pepper packs.. Service was SLOW and it was only 2 other tables occupied, and my waitress seemed annoyed.. this place has so much potential but to bad I won't be back.
Extremely disappointed. Ordered early in day HOURS before dinner. Ordered filet mignon and calamari for delivery on Valentine's. Apparently restaurant did not reserve food based on paid orders. You would think that they would contact their customers to discuss substitutions or other options (like appropriate refund) but NOPE! Instead just delivered over-priced calamari to poor, starving students who saved for purchase. Will NEVER return. Totally disgusted with how this was handled as they did not respond well or offer partial refund or anything! NEVER expected this as we had eaten here many times prior to pandemic and EVERYONE is suffering at this time!!!!!!
I'm only giving this a 3 star simply because we had to eat outside in the middle of winter and NO igloo scenario. It was bitter cold and obviously our hot breakfast went cold very quick. It is also pretty pricey for breakfast food. Just saying. They did have a few outdoor heaters but they didn't help much. I will say the staff was very friendly and the service in general was good.
Cafe Zola did not disappoint! I should rephrase that, I was very satisfied and happy I went. A few weeks ago I went on a date here with a fine young woman. We both enjoyed the food, went all out. The restaurant has a really comforting artistic design and vibe. I like how they use a lot of wood, its comfortably dark in terms of lightning. Not too loud or crowded so I could focus on my date and the food. I ordered the olive plate as an appetizer, and a fresh strawberry mojito. I decided to go with the pesto pasta with tofu and it was just excellent! The quality of the food really was great, it hit the spot and was nice and flavorful. For a moment we were just silent eating. Would definitely recommend, classy but not bougie and delicious.
