Armando and Andy did a great job helping me get what I needed to ameliorate a nasty and corroded saddle valve. I initially worked with Andy to get my hands on the necessary shark bite (no solder required) plumbing. Following further analysis, I realized I would need to do a full-up copper pipe soldering job. Not wanting to wait on a plumber, I decided to pursue my first solder. Armando provided extensive advice on tools and techniques, including buying the right blow torch for the job and how not to burn my house down. After cutting out the saddle valve, I found a dripping pipe. I called Armando who very quickly tracked down a special water blocker that allowed me to complete the job and restore water to my house. The end result wasn't pristine, but no leaks!

Great, helpful staff, and a decent selection. Not as much inventory as a Home Depot, but a great alternative when you need something small and quick and don't want to trudge into HD.

This store made my recent move happen. We had several unforeseen needs with our move, and Carpenter Bros. bailed us out every time with good stock, friendly and helpful staff, and a quality curbside system. I'm disappointed to be moving away from this store so soon after I started shopping here. Don't make my mistake -- make Carpenter Bros. your hardware store.
