These cats are no doubt out of business. They installed a mirror in our house and it fell off the wall and busted in a couple of years. They kept making appointments to come see what had happened and blew them off. The office person seemed moderately interested in helping out, but now it's clear they were just biding time until they could shut down the place and blow Dodge City. What a mess.

They installed glass in a window for us. We had to have relatives go back out to the shop to pick up the window because they failed to return our calls and we are out of state. The window was lying outside against the building. This was about two weeks after we were told that the shop would install the window at our house. Just happy that when my relatives found the window the glass had been installed. Would not recommend. Probably wouldn't have been such a big deal if we had received a call back.
Feiners has helped me out with my historic home renovation several times, whetether it’s cutting custom shaped glass shelves, providing privacy glass or fixing a complex light. They do things for their customers you don’t usually see out in the world, for very reasonable prices. I am totally loyal to Feiners.
I have used Henderson Glass for years and had a great experience. I decided to try Diamond Glass because they were "seemingly" less expensive. (Not truly the case when comparing apples to apples.) The receptionist made several errors in ordering and scheduling and, when confronted about it, became angry and hung up on me. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with the owner (three times) and the message was never relayed to him. The only bright spot was Joe, the installer, who was a true professional. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with this individual and use Henderson Glass - I know I will for all future orders!

This is the rudest, most unprofessional, and unorganized company I have ever dealt with. They can't get orders right and blame it on the customer instead of taking responsibility. I have referred them to others, but after my most recent experience, no more. Seems like they are more focused on making beer these days than their core business.
I have always been quickly and professionally helped over the past ten years for all glass replacement needs and also for advice about issues like adhesive removal, or reconstructing something , such as a cabinet door, as to glass choices. Its not a fancy showroom but they know their stuff, and their fees are very fair and affordable.
Great work on my old windows. They know what they're doing. Scheduling can be a bit of a challenge.
