Jill Mock is a wonderful stylist! She transformed my “Covid “ hair into fabulous, low maintenance glamour hair! By adding a gloss to my tired locks and doing an easy upkeep trim, I now look and feel cute on every zoom! I’m also so impressed that even my next day hair was as amazing as the day I had it styled. The salon was so relaxing and peaceful. It was a much needed break. The safety protocols in place were better than anywhere I’ve seen.

Jill Mock has been my stylist for many, many years. She is a complete professional and stays current on all the latest trends and techniques. I am very cautious when it comes to my hair. However, with Jill, I have the confidence to allow her the freedom and free reign to try different things I would not normally do such as a color. Two years ago I developed alopecia, which has since gone away, but she worked with my hair to help cover the problem and made me look great! Most recently, she gave me a great new look with a fresh cut, color and new style. She even took the extra time to teach me how to style it correctly at home. I highly recommend Jill as a stylist !

Getting an appointment is easy and I feel at ease with all the COVID precautions. I have been a client of Jills for many years and will continue for many more!!
I booked a shellac manicure. They scheduled me with a provider who primarily does hair. She was nice but the manicure was very sloppy and unprofessional looking. My cuticles did not get any attention and the polish was applied unevenly. I get my nails done regularly have have never seen them look so bad. I called and let them know my concern and they scheduled me with a full time nail tech the next day who apologized and re-did the manicure. I was very happy with the second manicure and appreciated them correcting the service promptly. I would suggest requesting someone who provides nail services full time to avoid this in the future. It was a very bad first impression.
Mindy has cut and colored my hair for 20 years. I feel very comfortable with the cleanliness and precautions being taken during COVID. Everyone I have encountered at Fran Coy has been professional and friendly.
