I have had a long term contract with Fuller to take care of my furnace and air conditioning. I had them come twice a year every year to check the heating and cooling system. This was totally useless as the level of service they have provided has not been what is expected. I just learned today that for all these years their technician would come and sign off on the check up when there was all along a very basic problem -- a part was installed wrong -- that should have been obvious to anyone checking on the furnace! When asked if Fuller condones such poor quality service, I was told they don't, but also they had no answer to why different technicians over the years who were being paid to do the check up had failed on their basic job. I was VERY disappointed with Fuller.
