Have to go back a third time for brake issue and met with the owner Lisa B. She was yelling at me because I gave this body shop a bad review 3 weeks ago. That was a horrible experience that my body is still shaking after a couple of hours. She told me I can't give people bad reviews. I think I can and I would like do another one. I don't give people reviews, when I do, it is either a super good one or a really bad one, and this one is for your attitude. Here are a couple of pictures for my last review.
I would highly recommend Heritage Collision. My vehicle was returned completely repaired and cleaned a whole day earlier than expected. They made the process of repairing my vehicle after an accident so smooth and simple. The customer service was amazing, they kept me updated on how the work was going.
Outstanding customer service. I was updated throughout the entire process and my car was done in the time frame promised. The car looks as it did when we drove it off the lot brand new. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Great experience.
Employees were professional and personable. Service was on time and we were informed of ont noticeable repair needs from an accident. Repairs were excellent and done on time. Covid precautions were taken. Our car was returned with exterior washed and all of interior was spotless. Thank you for treating my car like it was your own.
