Therapists I have seen have been very knowledgeable and attentive. And for this area, services offered are better than most places. What kept this from a 5 star is that they used to have a sauna and steam to visit before a service but they moved locations and a) no longer have that option and b) didn't adjust rates. That sai, I go 2x/month!

Very peaceful place. I had a great massage and a wonderful massage therapist. They have moved and the address is not correct when you look it up on Google Maps or their website. Their address is: 58 Parkland Plaza Ann Arbor Michigan.

Nikki was very accommodating and friendly. It was also easy to get an appointment within a few days due to the hours of operation. The massage and steam were exactly what I needed. It didn’t feel rushed and it was reasonably priced for the value. I highly recommend In Touch and Nikki.

Small overpriced and did not offer what we wanted. Staff did not appear professional. Felt uncomfortable, no changing rooms, nowhere to put clothes it just seemed like they were not knowledgeable about what they were doing. Will not go back.
