I don't know how these people are still open for business. All they want to do is make money at any cost. I called them to come and inspect the furnace they sold in 2006. They charged me 80 to come and inspect it, which I thought it was fair price. The guy came in and said that is not the same furnace they installed and I need a new furnace because it was installed incorrectly and it would cost me 3,500. I told him I would like to get another opinion and to give me a written estimate quote. This guy left the furnace door on the floor and never got my estimate. I had different contractor come and look at which everything looked ok. Never working with this people again. am just glad there is a place to expose them for taking my 80 and want to charge me another 3500 for no reason.

Absolutely a horrible experience. They came in a pickup with no supplies. Charged me for 3 hours when they spent most of the time going to buy PVC because they didn't have any supplies to make the basic repairs. DO NOT use them. Horrible.
