I understand wait times may be long on some days, but I usually have no problem with this CVS. The staff is very awesome. They are always super nice and helpful when I have any questions. It is a pharmacy not a McDonalds, so waiting an extra few minutes is expected.

Do you like standing in long lines that never move? I've found the perfect place for you! CVS in Anna is fantastic if you enjoy lines. However, if you don't like lines and enjoy quick service, don't go here.
Very disappointed in this CVS. I’ve never had a problem until today. I had ordered some pictures and they were ready for pick up. I opened the card to look at the pictures and they were super blurry and had stripes all over them. I told the front guy, Tanner, that I would like them reprinted. He was super rude and smart about them “not being blurry”. He then went to go refund me and it was off 2. He called to the back for the manger, Jonah & this manager was on his break. He wouldn’t come up to the front to help so Tanner said “I don’t know what else to do” as if he was just going to refund me 6.50 instead of 8.71. He finally figured it out after being really rude and snatching things out of my hand. I told him not to worry about reprinting them and that I won’t be paying for them to be messed up again. He said nothing and I left. Terrible customer service and honestly terrible management.
Ridiculous wait times for meds - 30 minutes in the drive through and person in front was not getting COVID tested. Moving to Walgreens even if I have to drive to McKinney.
Managemennt please contact me. I had a very upsetting experience in Pharmacy that I feel may have violated CVS code of ethics and customer service policies. Thank you.
