I will never use H&R again made a 1on1 appointment get there to be told its drop off only was not allowed to wait in office I had to wait in my car do to covid .I said they should have told me before drop only she than said very rude sorry you cant have it your way it's different now .I asked so all H&R are drop off only yes keeping clients safe. ok I understand should have been noticed that no listed on your site.So i leave my taxs at 11:30 pick them up at 2:15 when I come in and wait to sign and pickup i see a couple in one of the office with a worker and ask if it's drop off only than why are they in there she says I don't know I asked for complaint number so so gets the other work she says sorry it's my fault some didn't want to do in person and I approved it I say ok I just need a complaint number I feel lied too she had me come to her office she said sorry we keep appointment to 15 minutes to sign papers you don't believe me at this point I said no I'm gets different answers.

Got my taxes done there last year everything went fine then this year went there and some new girl questioned me non stop about my kids and then messed up my return. Im not able to see where my refund is none of the stuff is right and when I call i get told itll fix itself bull.
