I ordered a part from LG Motorsports. A week later, I emailed to ask for an update on when it would ship and received a response saying that they no longer make that part and would issue me a refund. No harm in that. I emailed back that I understood and thanked them for the update. Three weeks later, and a few additional emails ignored, I still had no refund. I finally had to open a dispute with PayPal to force them to respond. After they were notified of the dispute, they contacted me to say sorry, they were busy. Then another week goes by before I am finally issued my refund. I have no issue with simple mistakes like outdated inventory on the website. But after a month of my money being held for no reason, I have to recommend that you stay clear of LG Motorsports.

Very professional great work performed on my vehicle
I had a shock on a Z06 coilover go bad. Dan was very professional; he had the shock sent out for repair under warranty but due to COVID-19, the return date was pushed back as the repair shop was shut-down. Initially, this did not create an issue as my first track day was a couple of months out, then cancelled outright. However, at about the time my second track day was confirmed, shops were starting to get back to business. Dan did a great job of shepherding my shock through the repair shop and getting it delivered with enough time for the car to be put back together for tech. Just got off the track and the shock is perfect. Thanks Dan!
Fantastic attitude and unbeatable customer service. I would recommend these guys to anyone! They definitely made an impression and a new customer for life.
