Dentist there are very good. went in with extreme pain and they went above and beyond to straighten that problem I had and fixed everything. I was able to sleep for once in the past two days fully because they helped fix the problem that caused me so much pain. The medical side is great aswell. Dr Ribbing is one the best doctors I've ever had as a doctor always there for his patients and his nurse's seem to be the same way.

Its all well and good as far as regular drs go but DENTAL, not only have i heard alot of stuff about their issues but ive now faced them myself i have been trying for at the very least an entire year now to get them to take action on sending xrays and detail information about my wisdom teeth to my insurance so they will pay for an wisdom tooth removal surgery, and low an behild here i am almost teo years later technically, still have the teeth and let alone i dont even know the dentists name, disregards my dental phobia and has never discussed or shown me my xrays even went on to tell me my teeth are healthy, i have a gun disease, they arent healthy , most of my front teeth have visible cracks in them, okay rural health dentistry when you going to take your patients seriously?
The obgyn sucks. I have called several times and never got a call back
I have been going here for 10 yrs now. I live in Duquoin and the drive is worth it. I never wait long and treated great. My Doctor is the best. Spends all the time I need with her. I actually love my Doctor and her PA. Like family after 10 yrs. Wish y'all could have same experience.
