Perfection! This was my first visit and I felt right at home! The office staff were kind and welcoming. Micheal made taking blood a breeze! Tracy was thorough and took time to explain everything. She even called me with results the next day and took more time to explain those. The online portal is easy to navigate and included detailed explanations of my entire visit and lab results. Happy patient.

I went in today 7-25-20, for a follow-up and was advised that there was a balance due. I called on 7-15-20 to pay off all balances. With the new balance, that I was unaware of, was from 7-16-20. Why was I not notified? I've stated to this office on many occasions that I pay bills at certain times of the month. Which I'm sure most people do. I said I would be able to pay it offer next week (you know, WHEN WE GET PAID) and they refused to see me. I've been a client since 2019 and have NEVER made a late payment. I've never felt like a number rather than a client as I have today. Shame on you Mike for not working with us and making me feel less than someone you all should take care of.

The treatment given when a high risk patient went in for a covid test was horrible. Paid 200 for the male nurse to man-splain (in her face with no mask) by yelling how much he knew and for them to leave! The Dr also said it was her practice and she could do what she wants. Sick patients in the waiting room. Yelled at because showed concern for being high risk and asked why not one staff member was wearing a mask. The responses on these reviews shows how bad they treat people!

Horrible be advise!. They don't wear a mask or gloves even if you go for a COVID test. I am surprised they are open, maybe nobody has reported this clinic yet.

I’ve been here a couple of times now. Everyone is super nice. Dr. Fowler is super sweet and very caring. I definitely recommend this office!
