There is a Starbucks and there is a really nice small quiet park in the back to walk around .

A nice little rest stop perfect for those who want to try Oginoya’s famous Kamameshi! They have omiyage from Nagano and Gunma and the Starbucks sells the Nagano exclusive mugs.

The Kamameshi , is it delicious? The value is beyond the taste, the value depends on history.

Great place to have a break while travelling to shinetsu area on highway. The place is clean and well organized. It also have nice a food court and souvenir shop.

Very big and well-equipped. Menu was better than your average service area, too. Fun fact: much more larger and busier than the Yokokawa SA on the other side of the road.
