Excellent team of people working at Annapolis Property Services! From move in to move out and even an early lease term due to relocation, the team here made every step of the process simple. The move in process was quick and easy. During our lease, the team was quick to respond to any maintenance requests and made sure to follow up after to ensure expectations were met. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had regarding our early vacate. The online portal makes communication, payments and requests fast and simple. Yet there are still real people available should you need to call. Having relocated 7 times in the past few years and 3 times in the past 12 months, this was the best tenant experience we’ve had. Brendan, Sarah and everyone else here were truly a pleasure to work with from day one till the end. Thank you guys for making everything easy and being so responsive!

I recently needed to find a new place. One of the places I was most interested in was managed by APS. They were by far the best people I had to deal with in the course of me finding my place. They were very professional and exceptionally responsive to all of my questions and requests. In the end, I did select the house they managed and they made the whole experience very smooth and well organized. From the application to the leasing process, it was all so well done and very efficient. Their web portal also makes it very easy to handle maintenance requests or to pay the rent.
