Dr. Boles and his staff were incredibly professional. I was a little anxious about my appointment, but they immediately put me at ease. I was impressed with their thorough COVID protocol as well as the staff’s patient care. Dr. Boles also explained everything well. It was a positive patient experience.

My son is a patient here the #1 thing I love is the atmosphere. it's soothing and the lighting is gentle and the walls painted nicely which makes it a comfortable place to go. It's probably the prettiest office I have ever been in and the equipment that they use is really advanced and they sit with you and tell you what the images mean. You aren't left guessing why some things have to be done. Everyone is really caring and helpful and fast! I think the longest I waited for the appointment to start was 10 minutes and the appointments were always done in about an hour and a half. I've brought my son in here for troubles with his eyes a few times and everyone from the front desk to the technicians, and the doctors are just great with him and with me. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Hi, my name is Steve, and I am fifty-nine years old. I was recently diagnosed with severe cataracts, especially in my right eye, and needed help ASAP. I set up an appointment, and eventual surgery with Dr. Boles via his staff. From the beginning, they treated me wonderfully and made me feel comfortable in what was a pretty scary situation. Just the slight prospect of having potentially permanent damage to; or even loss of, one's eyesight is a very delicate thing. But throughout the entire procedure...the first exams, tests, prescribed eyedrops and instructions for use; and eventually the surgeries themselves...everyone there...from the front desk to the nurses and assistant doctors... were kind, professional and reassuring. And of course, Doctor Boles performed precise and terrific work, and went over the details with me both before and after each operation, so that I would understand exactly where I stood and what protocol to follow. By all counts, the surgeries were a resounding success...Per my recent follow-up, my right eye is better than it's been since my childhood, and the left one is \well on its way\ to a similar path....Awesome! I really appreciate Dr. Boles and his entire staff at Ann Arundel Eye Center, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of eyecare. My experience with them and the ultimate results regarding my eyesight and subsequent livelihood were as splendid as one could possibly hope for.

I am so overwhelm and full of joy Dr. Boles is an incredible very professional Eye Doctor from my first visit to my removal of both left and right eye cataracts and all the followup visits. His staff in his office to the eye surgeon center in arnold md they have a amazing team. I've suffered severe health problems the last 5 years of my live and now fully disabled at the age of 51 years old. Out of all my hospital stays doctor visits Dr Boles has been a great pleasant experience and they really do care. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you Dr Boles and the whole staff including the surgery center for taking such good care of me and following up. Also very impressed with the offices taking Great steps to keep all us safe during the covid.
