You can get a \pint\ (50cl) for 6 of actually good beer as opposed to imported garbage at 8 everywhere else. Always packed full of locals and you can see why. Only place better for beer I've found in Annecy is beer'o'clock but that's more of an evening spot, this on the other hand is fantastic for a lazy afternoon.

Best place for coffee and people watching in Old Town. The coffee shop is postage stamp tiny, but they have space outdoors with umbrellas. Coffee is good and strong. Orange juice is fresh pressed too. They have croissants and some plates. Limited menu but all very good. Staff is nice too.
Great cheese and meet sampler. Very good service. Darts and table games. Short but steep walk to the Chateau from here.
Feels like a locals place - amongst a sea of tourist traps that's a big plus! Very cool place, outdoor seating, GREAT food and drink and the best staff in Annecy :)

Good beer (although very expensive - 2 IPAs for 17.50) but not much selections and very snooty, rude waiter.
