Really good location. You can reach everything by foot. It is safe and calm at night. We haven't seen a host but received clear instructions. Room is really simple with everything necessary. There is a small kitchen, so you can cook. Walls are really tiny so you can hear everything what is quite disturbing at night. We had two neighbors from both sides. One was a family with two small children, so it was difficult to have some calm time. Door of the balcony in our room was not closing, so we were quite afraid to leave valuable things in. Also at the evening there are streets lights and no currents on the window. Bathroom is also tiny with a shower cabin. But overall, it is a good place to sleep.

Lovely place. The guy that runs it is so nice. We had a terrace with a great view over Annecy and the location was great.
Excellent value and a great location. Herve, the proprietor, is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple but nice and clean and have everything you need. Can't do better for the price.
Lovely Chateau Owner is Really Nice Friendly Close to Old Town 3 mins walk down Hill slope Comeing back up Slope for me was Tiring I'm 70yrs Actually Apartment is okay for 2 people got Kitchen etc But Shower is a bit small but all in all Good Accommodation Location Some Advice keep your Belongings close to you I had my Mobile Stolen in Catholic Church by Begger Would you believe while knelt down Praying from my Bag Such Bad Experience & Inconvenience off it all & 1 Lost Day Reporting To Police & Documents on Mob to flying Home But Owner was so kind Printed them off on His PC Old Annecy is Beautiful Fairy Tale Picture Book by Lake Views are Stunning you won't be Disappointed

Super pour une nuit ou deux, le seul bemol étant le parking. Si vous venez en voiture, il faudra payer votre stationnement aux alentours.
Très bon séjour dans cette belle maison, au centre d'Annecy. Seul point à déplorer : une literie malheureusement peu confortable.
