I am so happy I called Mr. Baland. My wife and I were hesitant on the question of whether or not we needed a lawyer but we decided to find out. I chose Mr. Baland because of his great reviews. The reviews are all true. He was able to answer all of my questions! There were even things about my case that were not even considered that after talking together we identified and discussed. Time ran a little past the hour we had together, despite this he thought it was most important to take the few extra minutes to ensure we felt all of our questions were answered. Tim was on top of everything right from the start! He made me feel safe and executed on everything successfully! He did tend to over explain at first, and use language like “should be” or “probably” or “likely”, however we sorted that language out of our communication day one. That in and of itself was pretty cool. Tim went out of his way to add value beyond his obligation under our agreement, and that’s uncommon in my experience with lawyers. I have no hesitation to recommend Tim for your legal needs! Really great guy too!

I had a very difficult situation where I inherited a house whos previous owner had a tenant who was a hoarder. I walked into an undescribable mess and with covid I knew the eviction would be beyond difficult but I needed him out due to health concerns and properly destruction. Also dealing with the loss and grief of a loved one I reached out to Mr Baland who immediately set me at ease with his knowledge of the laws and what was needed for certain extreme circumstances like mine. He drafted letters and was in constant communication with me. Made the changes if I needed them and made numerous phone calls to the tenant to try and convince him\ gently \ It was time to move on. Mr. Baland was very professional and I would recommend his services to anyone looking to protect their investment against people who are destructive. All in all it was a relief to have it all be over so now I can start fresh. Thanks
