Purchased a Laptop from Best Buy and had a Bitlocker issue. Brought it back to Best Buy (Geeksquad) and was told to make an appointment online and not drop it off. They said my appointment would be 15 days out, then the service wait could be two weeks. Called Computer Whatever and they took it in same day, fixed same day, and could pick it up same day. It was my business Laptop and a crucial device. Great Service, Great Response and Great Price.
