Came in with an appointment, told them specifically I needed my nails filed & change my gel polish to clear (base top coat). The technicians kept swapping customers as if they were playing musical chairs. When the third technician came to me, she without asking or hesitating started cutting my nail all the way to my finger tip. After I told her that’s not what I wanted she says “better” as if she was telling me it was better for me. As I was already upset, she cared even less by giving me one coat of regular clear polish, under a UV light. Overall, my nails are uneven, nail polish bubbly & scuffed. Very dissatisfied with the service.

Nails are pretty nice but I hate how when I make an appointment they be like yeah you can come at 1800 and then there’s like 3 more women waiting to get their nails done first time I was like ok maybe a one time thing but last time it was 4 ladies trying to get their nails done and only 2 technicians i went outside to smoke like twice or three times because they jump from one to another trying to get them all done at the same time... ehh that was the last time I went there for real...

Ich war heute definitiv das letzte mal dort. Ich kam sofort dran( Mit Termin) als ich zur hälfte fertig war, kam eine weitere Kundin ins Geschäft, er lies mich dann sitzen und begann mit dieser Kundin. Nach 20 min Wartezeit, war es mir dann doch zu lange und wollte bezahlen und gehen. Darauf hin haben sie mir noch schnell den Lack drauf geklatscht damit meine Nägel wenigstens fertig waren und als ich dann sah, dass aus der Feile der Staub von gefühlt zwei Wochen Nägel feilen fiel war es für mich erledigt.

Seit über 2 Jahren sehr zufrieden noch nie ist etwas eingerissen oder unsauber verarbeitet worden
Gehe seit dem es den Laden gibt , nur noch dort hin . Der Mann macht das echt super , mir ist noch nie ein Nagel abgegangen oder sonst was . Preis ist super ! Und man bekommt immer schnell ein Termin ( auch ohne Termin )
