unpunctual and bad food not recommended

My husband and I have ordered from La Bella 3 times, and every time, we order, our food is an hour an a half to three hours late, after we order it. The food doesnt taste very good, and is never very hot. We wanted to try different dishes, so thats why we ordered from them 3 times. I wouldnt recommend ordering from them ever.
I ordered by phone. The pizza came quickly enough. The pizza tasted good enough, until I came across the plastic wrap on the crust. If I want DiGiorno, I'll buy DiGiorno. Not this place again, though.
You're not going to find many other delivery places with such a selection and free delivery here in Ansbach. While the selection is good, the food is average. They do a little of everything, so they're masters of no particular type of food. I really only order from them because they'll deliver to Katterbach fro free.
Das Essen, was uns vorhin geliefert wurde, war knapp 20 min.zu spät, eiskalt ( Käse wurde schon wieder fest) und versalzen. Der Auslieferungsfahrer war unfreundlich.
