Wir nutzen nun seit ca. 4 Monaten die Software von Tradebyte. Die Software und die Anbindung an die vielen Marktplätze bietet viele Vorteile. Leider ist jedoch keine Kompetenz in Bezug auf Lebensmittel vorhanden. Ich fühle mich als Kunde bei Tradebyte leider nicht ernst genommen. Es wird sehr oft sofort auf die Doku verwiesen. Diese zeigt leider oft Fehler oder nicht die gewünschten Infos. Auf Kritik wird leider nicht wirklich eingegangen. Vor Vertragsabschluss wurden Dinge ganz einfach hingestellt, die sich dann später als große Hürde bzw. nicht Umsetzbar heraus stellten. Heute wurde der Integrationsprozess abgeschlossen, (und der Kontakt zum \Integrationsmanager\ endet hier) obwohl die Integration der Nährwerte immer noch nicht final geklärt ist. 4,5 Sterne für für die Software. 0 Sterne für den Support und die Kommunikation. Macht unter'm Strich nur 2 Sterne.
