I bought an Ansmann Energy 16 Plus charger as a Christmas present from a third party. When I opened it, it didn't have a UK mains plug. I rang Ansmann's UK Customer Service number and they unhesitatingly offered to send me one for free. It arrived safely, so I am very pleased with the service. I am also very satisfied with the (intelligent) charger.
