Met some lovely people whilst working here but also met some not so nice people. The management talk to their staff like dirt. They provide a severe lack of training and then complain when staff are unsure with how to deal with a query. Also had a phone call asking why I wasn't responding to emails 4 weeks after I left haha. Would advise all not to work here unless absolutely desperate.

Excellent \family\ to work for. I will have been a call agent for Ant for 3 years in March. Obviously as a call centre and sales, turnover can be high. But if you are willing to learn and put in the effort then it can be very rewarding.
I had a telephone interview with this company the person never introduced themselves and they sounded subdued and appeared to have no interest in what they were doing, it lasted 5 minutes instead of 15. I was then notified that I had failed and I have 30 years customer service what a joke.
I applied to Ant Marketing and I was given an interview. Unfortunately, I failed to attend due to personal mitigating circumstances and I DEFINETELY notified the office about this and they did not even take my name or anything during the call. This is a highly unprofessional company and by the looks of it also quite rude. Even just taking a look at the majority of the reviews of this company and they are absolutely AWFUL. I received an email complaining that I did not notify the team about not being able to attend to the interview even though this is an outright LIE. Personally, I would not want to work with a company who outright lie as this speaks volumes of the low values this company seem to adhere to. I am actually so relieved that I could not attend and I would warn others to be careful when applying to their roles and preferably look elsewhere with a company who do not outright LIE.
Okay, where shall I start? If it is already not fixated enough to some individuals, please advise yourself to read some of these reviews before even considering to apply for this poor quality of a job. The face and introduction for this company is awful; the voicemail left for myself sounded morbid and not encouraging at all- that should have been one of the first massive no’s to this company! Secondly, the telephone interview I had was awful, there was no introduction to who was on the other side of the phone and it was supposed to be a 15 minute interview, it was only 5! Everything was blunt and morbid. There were hardly any questions asked and I feel as though I didn’t learn anything except for the people who work there don’t enjoy it either and no encouragement for potential workers! The point is, if you do not want to work in a depressed place with what looks like a 0 progression scheme, look somewhere else!
