Polite and very helpful when I visited to collect my parcel sent by ParcelGorce in the UK. They did not deliver the first, second or third day but when ParcelForce adviced me of the GLS tracking number on the 3rd day I managed to sort things out on the 4th day. I had to ask the way to the premises as Google Maps showed in a slightly different place and I have corrected it with Google (pending at time of writing). Clients of GLS Antequera are given a phone number where the client of this office can contact them directly by phone rather than the 902 number which will answer you and then after a few seconds cut off (like many other, if not all of this type of business - mensajeros) Also you will be given 4 email addresses that will allow you to contact GLS Antequera without a problem. The driver explained why he did not phone me to advise a meeting point on either of the 3 days. The phone number contained the country code in front of the fixed phone number and hence the confusion. The country code should only be used in front of mobile phone numbers apparently. Recipients that live in country properties normally meet the drivers at an agreed pick up point and this is why the phone number is important. The GLS driver concerned advised me that I would not have this problem in the future; as did the owner of the office Juan Carlos. Last year ParcelForce used Correos Express to deliver to me and there were no problems. PS it would help if ParcelExpress used the correct address NOT Av. de las Comunidades Autónomas, s/n, 29200 Antequera, Málaga CORRECT ADDRESS Calle Navarra s/n, 29200 Antequera, Málaga

Una vergüenza de servio, pedí un paquete que me mandó un particular mega bien embalado y lo abrieron para ver lo que habia dentro. Es para denunciarlos.

Fantástico servicio, es lo único que puedo decir. De verdad, no pensaba que todo el proceso fuese a ser tan rápido. Estaba un poco preocupada, también teniendo en cuenta la situación actual en la que estamos y que es Navidad prácticamente. Mi paquete ha llegado a Londres, desde Antequera, en cuestión de 4 días, y no puedo estar más contenta. Muchísimas gracias, equipo. ¡Definitivamente volveremos!

Nunca he tenido problemas con mis compras online hasta que empezaron a mandarme mis compras con esta mensajeria. Nefasto , no podría describir lo mal que me siento cada vez que veo que me llega un pedido a traves de esta mensajeria..me pongo mala. Informalidad, tarde ...etc. EStoy cansada de llamar a los lugares dónde compro para que no me llegue nada a traves de esta mensajeria . Los llamas y no atienden al telefono, estoy cansada de llamarlos y no hay manera.

Un servicio muy eficiente, con mucha responsabilidad, a la hora de la entrega no me encontraba en casa y llamé para ver como podía recibir mi paquete.
