As community administrators we have found this firm very disappointing. When the Community confirms changes to monthly charges they don't notify residents and just shown them in arrears for nit enacting and when residents make representations to EGMs they fail to present those representations to the meeting. -We have experienced poor communication from them with many unanswered letters.
