All 3 times I went to this store I recieved the worst customer service. It got worse each time. Charlie or Carlos there is very unhelpful. So much so I left and went to a store in Cruces. How funny that Alex was able to get me set up switching from VM to Boost. My feeling from Anthony is they will take advantage if possible and won't do much else except sell you a phone. Today I was sold a screen that did not fit the phone I took it. Asked Cassandra about it and showed her another phone from their location with air in a screen protector they installed. Her solution was to just push the air around each time it comes back. She assured me the other screen I was purchasing would fit. When I compared to the phone from Cruces it was smaller and I took it in to show them. Boy they have an excuse for everything. I had to get approval from another store to get a refund. Charlie wanted to play the all sales final card Even questioning his boss when told to give me a refund. I'm very disappointed that he thinks my behavior while upset would be reason enough to discontinue business. My attitude is based on how you treat me 3 bad experience and you want me to apologize to you. No. I'll be driving to Cruces and Alex for superior cluster service.
Ask for German he's very helpful
Rude staff. They dont seem understand the plans or services they are suppose to provide. Will not return. Anyone reading this would be better off at another store.

The staff was rude and didn't explain all my options for international calling. Wasted money. Please get them training in their product and customer service
