Soft Touch

This is a very convenient location to stop. They have something for everyone. McDonald’s, Chesters Chicken & fuel. The facility itself seems to be well maintained. They have clean restrooms and the lines move fast. You can buy ice and they also sell propane. They have a large parking area for semi truck drivers and family’s traveling in there motor homes. This location has easy access to the interstate freeway.

Worst customer service!! Never fueling up here again!!! Stopped at 2am in the tire pass for quick inspection on tires, was told by the clerk on the speaker it would be 2 hrs wait, so I proceeded to fuel up and the clerk and mechanic were just chit chatting inside!!! They don't care about your time or you as a professional driver!! I ask my dispatch to remove them from my fuel stop!! You been warned driver's!! Don't waste your time !!!

Accidentally forgot my keys in my truck. Asked for help from shop and they said 50 dollars to open, my truck is right in front of the shop lol. Bought the locksmith kit they sell for 25 dollars and had it opened in less than 3 mins. They said “tell him if someone else comes out here that it will be over 100 dollars.” Sounds to me like that’s a good way for them to make money.

WARNING!!!!! Don't forget to bring your own bath towels. Bath towels at this Love's stink and look very old!!!! That's why I bring my own bath towels. You're warned!!! Most of my friends don't like Love's anymore and showers are the top reason.

Talk about trashy! The women’s restroom was a mess. The store itself looked disorganized. The front of the store cashier was cleaning the roller item. The fuel desk guy was folding towels. We always choose to stop at loves even though we have plenty of other options around it. However this made me reconsider stopping at loves in the future I’ve never seen a bathroom so trashed and smelly before.

Contacted Daniel at the tire shop inquiring about getting a pallet jack fix. Him and his team went out of their way to fix my pallet jack for me and it works great now. Great guys!
