Dased upon arrival at the Anthony TX location. My son and I were looking foward to a great shopping experience. I noticed there was a few customers waiting and they began mentioning the cash drawer was open and no employee was present. I realized that the keys were also left on the counter cash drawer was full of cash and no sign of an employee. I knocked on both doors and eventually opening to see if there was anyone in need of help. Again no employee so I proceeded to telephone another location and I was very shocked to know there is no corporate office and telephoned police.Thanks for making my Metro PCS experience dreadful and stressful.

I was mislead into a contract they didnt honor. I paid upfront 87 dollars to switch over from another cell phone company. Since i didnt want the free phone they where offering they said i could have the first month free and use my same phone. The month came up and guess what i find out i had to pay. I had no free month. They didnt honor it. I went back to the dealer. Sergio admitted to offering a free month. They said Sergio the employee had made a mistake by offering a free month. And well pretty much they couldnt do anything about it. And they werent going to honor it. All they said was they will write sergio up. I asked how does that bebefit me. They said sorry it doesnt. Meanwhile i paid 87 dollars for one month service. Will never again have service with them.
