A month ago DARTY Antibes promiced to deliver and install Siemens dish washer in two weeks latest. „Delivery will call you.“ 4 weeks later delivery time is still two more weeks. Nobody even called, nobody said: „Look, due to corona we don‘t know, it could be two weeks or much more but you can always cancel your order.“ Now I have to drive to the shop because...wait for it... if you buy smth in the shop, you have to cancel it in this shop. France is famous for modern technology. Not this time. Feels like nobody cares. Btw online customer service doesn’t have to speak English!! If you are lucky they will try to talk in English to you to help and to get a positive feedback after the call.

The most horrible experience in the entire region. The person in charge of the SAV (After Sales Service) behaves in the most unprofessional way. Despising attitude for the client, noncompliant with the terms of the warranty contract. Run
