Don't recommend for stay if you are going on business trip. Rooms are very small and cleanliness should be improved. Wifi is ver.y pathetic. Sometimes it wont even connect, sometimes it may connect but very very slow. No use of this at all. Hot water in shower also comes for very less time . If you spend more than 5 minutes in shower , hot water stops coming and very very chilled water comes out of it.Only one good thing is it is near to beach, other than that there is no good thing to stay here.

Property is at very good location. They do have kitchen with 2 stove and plenty of utensils. Room structure was pretty weird. Not enough to walk and live comfortably. Room was stinky at first day and cleaning was not done properly. Lady who is seating at reception is very rude. Straight face, no smile and forget about any chat regarding how to visit nearby etc. Bed is sofa cum bed so you don’t have that comfort.
stayed in this residence for 3 days. The reception timings are too short 9-12 and 16-19h. The residence is a renovated one. The building is old. The room we were allocated was a 1 bedroom. It was quite big and with a double bed and bunk bed. The only issue was that the bed sheets and quilts were not laid out. Hence we had to lay the bed sheet and out the quilts in covers. This led us to notice that there were quite a lot of hair sticking to the bed. Moreover when we went to get the quilt, it was also covered with hair. We just left the quilt and adjusted with just the bedsheet. There was no one to have it changed as well. We came late at 21h. All arrangements were made to have the keys, however they do not have the wifi password in the key, we have to wait until the reception opens to get the password. I did not like the experience here. Will not recommend this place to stay unless they improve the cleanliness of the bedding. Moreover the roads are very congested to park. The hotel did not offer me any parking, said that it was full. Be prepared to walk around a km to look for a parking !
Nice location, near to the Juan les pins beach and eateries. Quiet locality. Decent rooms with kitchenette and utensils. Front desk lady was friendly and helpful. However, WIFI is a bigggg issue. No stability and speed.
Not great. Location is good but you can try the other pierre et vacances at Antibes
Clean, friendly, comfortable and perfectly located. Would definitely stay again in 2017.
Modest but clean accommodation 5 minutes walk from both abtibes and Juan-les-pins
Logement agréable, climatisé, équipé... La piscine est petite mais il y a la plage pas trop long donc cela ne dérange pas.
