First time taking my Honda Pioneer 1000-5 to Vern's for service. Front end appears to have been out of alignment since I bought it in 2018 ( did not buy it at Vern's). Very happy with the service and explanation regarding the difference in dealers checking new machines for proper alignment before going out to customer. Vern's will be getting my business from now on.

We were politely greeted by staff, who was knowledgeable and friendly. Very little inventory to look at however for both vehicles and riding gear.

Specified a specific part number for ordering. had part shipped to me. Incorrect part shipped. They have a no return policy. I offered to pay return shipping for correct part exchange. they refused. Obviously they need the money more than I do.
