THE STAFF WORKS IN SLOW MOTION AND ARE THE LEAST KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF MEMBERS IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. COMPLETE LACK OF STORE KNOWLEDGE, RUDENESS, REFUSAL TO ASSIST. truly the worst shopping experience i have had to suffer though in years! To fire the entire staff and start fresh would be the only plausible solution to such cancer.

The website is not updated and the telephone message regarding hours (and days) open is wrong. I wasted an hour driving into Antigonish today because the telephone message claimed the store opened at 11:00, and when I got there the sign on the door indicated it was closed. The website is also wrong and hasn't been updated since October. (Today is Nov. 15th.) The only reason I gave a one-star rating instead of zero is because I couldn't post this review unless I gave a star!
Website hours are out of date. I drove all the way to new Glasgow to get a item for the boxing day sale and as I drove back to Antiogonish store was open even though there website said it was closed. I went to the store to find out they had no sales for boxing day even though all the other staple stores across nova scotia had the sales this one did not. There staff does also not do anything.

Criminally understaffed. Those who do work there do not have knowledge on all products, so if a staff member is available it is not a guarantee you'll get meaningful help. There is almost always a long line as again, they are extremely understaffed. Avoid it if you can as the experience will likely not be good.
