Gym is amazing, equipments and machines are great. Staff is friendly too, specially Harish Dagdi sir, he is very cooperative and helpful. Loved the experience of working out.

From infrastructure and facilities standpoint amongst the best in the town,. It could beat any five star hotel health club if they could come up with a swimming pool . With the changed thorough professional management there is immense improvement in the way it is managed too . Staff and floor managers are far more friendly, professional and helpful now. Very Comfy environment for women as well and that is evident with their high numbers. there are some group activities as well which one can attend per convenience.

THE WORST Gym I have ever been to! Being a doctor i am sure that they don't have any knowledge of how to tailor make exercises for people with different physical conditions. There is no hygiene being practised. Exercise mats r reused without even being wiped, forget cleaning of the mats. Even when the staff was complained of this they took it in a very negligent n casual way and no improvements were made. This place is a health hazard rather than a place to improve your health. The AC can be switched off anytime and u r left to suffocate. Before you trust their "5 star" reviews do check that almost all have been made by the trainers/staff themselves. The trainers won't value your time. I was made to wait for 30 to 40 mins every other day. Highly demotivating attitude of highly ignorant and unskilled people.
