This place is the best! The doctor is so thorough and so nice! Takes his time with you! The 2 girls that work in the office are very knowledgeable , helpful, sweet, and caring. They really connect with helping people make decisions on their eyewear. I have enjoyed my experience here each time! They helped me select my glasses and sunglass frames and this is the first place that is genuinely honest! You’ll get a great look and fit with their professional and personalized services. What a difference between the “big” chains! You won’t be disappointed!

We are so thankful for Antioch Eye Care and Dr. Been and the excellent treatment he has provided to myself and my wife. This office has been wonderful. Dr. Been is very kind and extremely informative. He takes the extra time to make his patients feel comfortable with their treatment and services. I can not thank Antioch Eye Care Enough. After a bad decision about my eye care I ended up at Dr. Been’s office. Dr. Been and his staff got my eyes back to heath and have been so supportive and professional along the way. Dr. Been is very nice and professional. The staff is super friendly. They were able to check my insurance and make sure that I got the best deal on glasses and contacts. This is my second year with them and they are fantastic.
First time patient here and now a patient for life. In 36 years...I have NEVER had a good experience at the eye doctor. So needless to say, I was dreading my appointment. So. Very. Much. But let me tell you...this is the very first time I had a good experience. “Good” doesn’t even begin to cover it. Dr. Been took the time to explain everything to me. He never seemed rushed. Never impatient. He cared that I understood what was going on with my eyes and made sure I was comfortable with it. He answered every single little question or concern I had. I’ve never had any eye doctor take the kind of time and patience that Dr. Been did. I am forever grateful. My appointment today was strictly a check up and a get to know you type of appointment but I left here today knowing that if I should ever have a concern I can trust the people within. Thank you!!
